The benefits of mindfulness are just as varied as what mindfulness practice can look like. There's a plethora of resources and programs available, which can be daunting when you're just getting started and aren't sure what will work for you. 

Brittany is a mindfulness educator trained by Mindful Schools and a kid's yoga instructor trained by Rainbow Kids Yoga, and also has ten years of experience using mindfulness to combat anxiety and depression. Brittany is knowledgeable, passionate, and empathetic to others, and thus, is eager to share this lifestyle with others in a 1-1 setting where she can work with clients to grow their mindfulness practice in a way that works best for them.
