Journalling offers countless benefits for mental wellness, including decreasing stress, improving organization, boosting creativity, refocusing the mind, and more! This first year of journal prompts from ElementYoga.Ca compliments the themes of wellness embedded in Brittany's Element the Graphic Novel Series, and offers weekly prompts to access the benefits of journalling. Each month includes the opportunity to reflect on goals (Earth), personal and socials ethics - called Yamas and Niyamas in yoga tradition (Water), meditation practices (Air), and creative prompts (Fire).
